Cushman & Wakefield Commerce Hires Jake Bowman as Operations Director

SALT LAKE CITY, June 28, 2017 – The The Salt Lake City office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce has added a new Operations Director. The role will strengthen support for the brokerage and property management businesses as the company continues to grow in Salt Lake City.

As the new Operations Director, Bowman will collaborate with Business Leaders Reital and Molly Westbrook, vice president-Asset Services, to lead the operations of four Utah offices. He will manage commission processing, financial reporting, budgeting, revenue forecasting, review and management of all contracts, and ensure accuracy of Utah real estate licensing. In addition, he will be provide reporting, communication and implementation of new and/or updated Cushman & Wakefield programs and initiatives and act as the key liaison for HR, IT, Finance, and support staff functions. Cushman & Wakefield Commerce operates the Cushman & Wakefield business in Utah, Washington and Nevada.

Bowman brings a decade of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, including nine years as a healthcare administrator for the Veterans Health Administration, and seven years managing a private real estate and business portfolio. In addition, he has been responsible for chairing the National Veterans Wheelchair Games.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in the Arts, Healthcare Administration, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Utah. Additionally, Jake received Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
